The situation is as follows:
There are two sites, both are in the top 3 (Google and Yandex), the task is to redirect traffic from these sites to site No. 3 without loss of TIC and PR, while not falling out of the index, not losing current positions, and do not fall under the filters. All three sites are identical in subject matter, with the same photos and product descriptions, but different text on the rest of the pages, with different structures, owned by different owners, have different contacts, different hosting and CMS.
Question: Which of the following options is the most suitable?
1. Use 301 redirects and stupidly glue all sites into one;
