I think this means:
- Using the headings h1-h6 strictly in an ordered form according to the hierarchy, and only within the main content of the page
- Avoid excessive use of "a" so as not to produce unnecessary internal links (for example, when laying out a IM, a product card can be wrap entirely in a link, or you can make a div that will have 3 identical "a" elements - on the name, on the image, on the "more" button
- In principle, fewer elements on the page (meaning avoiding unnecessary wrapping of elements in containers ) Fewer nodes - higher page parsing speed, higher performance.
- Also in the performance piggy bank the use of all sorts of things like "responsive images", lazy loading, critical styles, resource loading prioritization (styles / scripts / fonts).
- Validity. No comments.
How does it depend? Well, they say Google loves technically good sites. Plus, the speed of the site affects usability, which in turn affects behavioral factors, which also affects positions.

There is no seo layout "in kracia", there is a semantic layout. This is if "in kration". And seo, or rather site ranking, depends on the semantic core, content and site authority, which consists of a large number of factors, such as links from other sites, user behavior on the site, site loading speed. Semantic layout allows search engines to better understand what the page is about.
