How to make a coordinate axis graph?

Hey!
There is a need to make a graph of coordinates, the search gave a bunch of graphs on different plugins. Only they are too complicated and not understandable. I need a regular graph of coordinates, where you just enter, say, the value 350 in the first input and 219 in the second, then he would simply find a point in this graph. Friends, does anyone have a link to something similar?
