How to make a call center for an online store yourself?

Hello.

I want to raise the semblance of a call center for a small online store, but I have no experience in telephony, so I will probably get confused in terms and concepts.

The idea is this:
• PBX with a single multichannel number for receiving calls.
• Operators on their mobile phones 1-5 people, the idea is that the personal phones of the operators would not be disclosed.
• PBX welcomes the caller and redirects to a free operator, ideally, of course, still have a voice menu and redirect to different operators depending on the choice of the caller.
• If the operators are busy or they are simply not there, the user can leave his message and the PBX records it and the number from which they called.
• We would especially like operators to be able to log into the system when they are ready to receive calls.

Total:
• PBX – what hardware to choose, what kind of hardware it is and how it communicates with software like asterisk and freepbx. I'm generally a fan of mikrotiks, but they don't seem to have such solutions. Maybe something can be done on the Raspberry Pi 4?
• Multichannel number - as I understand it, it completely depends on the operator?
• Ability for operators to log in on mobile phones – are there any apps for iOS/Android?
• Or maybe there is a completely ready-made solution and you don't have to worry about doing it yourself?

I would be very grateful for any opinions and tips on what to take, where to look and what to read.

If for a small store, then look towards a virtual PBX and it's cheaper and less hemorrhoids))). Also, if you are not well versed in the subject! But this is my opinion....

Such things are made to order, all requirements are described in the terms of reference, you will not solve the problem with two or three tips.
