How to make a bold glow filter in Animate CC?

Quite often, with a colorful background to highlight text, I made a strong glow filter with a small size and it drew normal strokes to highlight text. Swiffy also drew such texts more or less tolerably.
In Animate CC with the CreateJS profile both shadow and glow are quiet horror. How to make at least a semblance of a thick stroke without losing performance in the browser? Duplicate layer and offset by 1 pixel - not always beautiful, sometimes very ugly. The inkwell on a rasterized layer does not work at all as it should, even if you put it under the original text, it also looks ugly.
