Why doesn't the mp3 on the page always play immediately?

Example vkmp3.org/mp3/Avenged%20Sevenfold . I press the play track button, in the chrome developer tools in the network tab I see that the file is already loading (progress in megabytes is visible), but not always after the start of the file download it immediately starts playing, there is a noticeable delay of several seconds. Why is that? Thanks in advance.

It may be that the file is located on a remote server, and not on your computer. And online is a relative concept?
