How to make a backup of all programs in a Windows system?
It strains to reinstall all the programs when reinstalling the system. I want to make a backup of all installed programs in the system, with settings, with installation, so that all data is archived, and then unzipped into a clean system. Or is it fiction?

If this is the same PC (it doesn’t matter for Windows, it doesn’t matter for Linux), then it’s easier to make a backup disk image with a clean, configured system.
You can also make your installation disk and the necessary software and updates.
We make an image from the system disk with a clean and configured system, and periodically save backups of the necessary (project) directories (for example, via Mirror Folder) to an archive disk (or do RAID1 mirroring using the same Mirror Folder).
As a result, the archive disk contains images and archives of projects.
I draw your attention to the fact that it is disks, not partitions!
Both disks (system and archive) - it is desirable to have in the "mirror" (RAID1)
