How to make a 404 second nesting error on Bitrix?

Hello.
Bitrix site. Here is the url mysite.ru/sometext - gives 404
And mysite.ru/news/sometext - gives 202 and remains in the news category, respectively, you need 404.
These are CNC settings or you can somehow programmatically fix it. htaccess for example?

Routing can be controlled in 2 ways:
- .htaccess
- urlrewrite.php Specify the
question:
- what do you have on these pages (components)?
- what is your UrlRewrite.php ?
- what is your .htaccess ?
