What VDS / VPS for Bitrix will be preferable?

and a

CPU 1 x 5 GHz
RAM 2 GB
NVME 80 GB

They are plus or minus one price, but I don’t know which is better 3 processors at 2.8 Hz with 6 GB of memory or 1 but 5Hz with 2Hz memory .
