How to make 3 usb printers network?

There are 3 USB printers in the office, we need to make them network printers, what is the best way to do this?
Preferably offline, i.e. so that the connection is not through a PC, but through some kind of print server.

for me, the best option is to get rid of them by purchasing an MFP with the ability to connect to a LAN instead. but this can be seen as an expensive solution in the short term.
otherwise, yes, purchase some inexpensive print server that supports the simultaneous connection of at least three printers via USB. I will not advise the model - I never considered this solution reliable enough and never brought it to the point that it was required. maybe I'm wrong.

You can set up access to printers over the network.

buy a box of TP-Link MR3020 for each printer;
buy a print server with USB ports and a USB hub if there are few ports (but experiment or read whether such a bundle will work yourself)

The question already contains the answer.
Yes - the correct option is to equip printers with print servers.
The ideal option - if specific printer models are network - then you can buy the appropriate modules. If not, then external print servers.
In the latter case, you should look for reviews on specific models, because. some models are glitchy... There were HP172 series - an indestructible and non-hanging thing, but that was a long time ago.
A more hilarious option is popular routers, raspberries, etc. with the corresponding firmware.

Enough of one router for openwrt / lede + usb-hub
But on condition that all printers are close to each other.
If far away, then the router for each, the simplest option was indicated above - mr3020
