How to make 1C 8.3 (zup 3.1) work faster from a usb flash drive?

There is a familiar boo, he runs a bunch of desks. For convenience, he carries bases on a flash drive so that you can work everywhere. Accordingly, 1C is also a portable version (in all offices, licenses are smoked, so my conscience is clear). Before switching to ZUP 3.1, everything was fine (to ZUP 2.5), now I poured everything into ZUP 3.1 - and it loads for half an hour! It's impossible to work! How to fix trouble?

Replace USB2 stick with USB3. Learn to find USB3 ports. When replacing a flash drive, choose the fastest model. It is possible to replace the flash drive with a full-fledged SSD with a USB adapter.
Try switching to 1C modes - thin client, thick client.
Do not forget to update the 1C engine.
Clear the 1C cache, the one in the user profile. After clearing the cache on the second run, the speed should increase.

Nuyuyu, not a fact. Replacing the flash drive will give an increase in speed. The latest platform has become more demanding on computer resources. 8 gig RAM is becoming the norm.
