How to recover data from a formatted flash drive?

Hello everyone, this is the question: I want to return the data from the flash drive, which I accidentally deleted, I used the recovery program, it found everything, except for the files I needed, there is a NUANCE: the data that I recovered was simply deleted, and other data, which I could not recover, I formatted when booting to this windows flash drive, is it somehow related, can they be restored. Thanks in advance for your time!

If the data was overwritten (you wrote down a venda on the USB flash drive), it will be possible to pull it out in a special laboratory, and that's not a fact.

If I understood the description correctly, then you had the necessary data, then you wrote down the Windows flash drive, then some more data (which you managed to find), and after that you are looking for the earliest. The situation, frankly speaking, is not very good. The smaller the capacity of the flash drive and the larger the file size, the worse.
Download the free R.saver , unpack it, and do a full scan of the flash drive. Save and unpack the program to another disk. Nothing can be saved to the disk from which the recovery is being made.
Those files that were actually overwritten (bytes over which others lay down) cannot be recovered. So a good data recovery program will show a result close to the maximum.
There is a certain chance that a professional will be able to pull out more, but this chance is not high, but the need for manual work to dig through the remnants of files is just the opposite. Accordingly, an increased price for a small improvement in the form of separate files.
