Tell me, please, what options for online systems have you met for maintaining a customer base (within the organization)?
We considered all sorts of CRM, but all this is very cumbersome, it will take a lot of time to learn the principles of work. and customization is not always possible. For example, www.yclients.com or Bitrix CRM.
The second option was looking for plugins for WP (considering that the company's website is on WP), maybe I was looking badly, but I did not find a more or less simple plugin.
The task as a whole is as follows - there are several company offices, it is necessary to maintain a common customer database with several fields per line (full name, DR, tel, tel2, discount card number, discount amount) and a simple and convenient search throughout the database. There is no need for any notification systems, there is no need to enter data into the database online, everything is done manually.
