How to look at the WPF designer and XML at the same time?

I have already found how to split the screen in VISUAL STUDIO into 2 parts.
But how to open a WPF designer in one tab, and the XML code of this designer in another tab?
This is what my screen looks like in VISUAL STUDIO

click on "|" button on the panel that is circled in the screenshot.
If the constructor is on the right side, then you can swap them with the "Swap panes" button - it will be on the same panel but at the top on the central splitter.
