How to login to Wordpress admin panel after site transfer?

There is a site on WordPress and uploaded to the hosting. Login to the admin panel goes through /wp-admin. The site was copied and installed with the base locally on OpenServer. The local site works, but I can not go to the admin panel. /wp-admin gives an error, and there is no way to log in on the site itself.
