I designed the site and everything worked fine. I demolished Windows (I saved the site myself), reinstalled the open server and moved the site there, after that the site design stopped loading, why could this be?

I had to save the database from phpMyAdmin and then import it. It always happens when, for example, you transfer from a local server to a hosting. I suffered for a long time.
