How to revitalize a wordpress site when transferring it from another pc to openserver?

I just took and transferred the opener to another PC, since it was portable, I thought there would be no problems, but it’s on you and take it and break my site. I went to phpmyadmin and everything is there, both the database and all the tables ..
now instead of the site there is a white screen, I tried to enable the display of errors

OpenServer writes local domains in hosts, sort of.
Has it been moved?

Change the domain in the database.
