How to login to MSSQL after installation?

Installed MSSQL Server 2008 Standard, I start Management Studio, there it is required to enter login and the password. And where can I get it, if I was not even asked to create it during installation?

If all settings were default, then you should try
Server name: . (dot or localhost)
Authentication: Windows Authentication
If version is Express then Server name: .\SQLEXPRESS
