How to login to built-in PGP on Canadian BlackBerryZ10?

BB ID
BB Protected BB Z10 Canadian
mail
(i.e. not for Russia) therefore there must be a built-in PGP client, but how is it to come in?
It is necessary to
Configure mail encryption (PGP (can be analogues)).
Advise where to dig and what to do.

As far as I know, PGP is only available when BES is connected.
