How to log out of a domain without a network connection?

Colleagues, in general, the essence is this, one of the users took the laptop home, and now, when connected, it says "There are no servers that could process the request to enter the network." How to get around this?
PS it enters the domain.

It usually helps to log in as this user while connected to the domain network.
You can leave a domain without a connection using the local administrator.

Log in with a local administrator account and remove the computer from the domain.

If you just need to log in, then a temporary solution is to turn off the network on the laptop. After that, the OS will let the user in using locally cached authorization data. After login - turn on the network again.
