How to log in remotely to the device?

Sip phone Dlink dph-150s firmware has crashed on it. I connect it directly to my nettop. I don't know how to upload this file. How to connect to my phone.? If there was Windows, then we connect to the phone via telnet, a menu appears there and from it we already choose what needs to be done. But what about in my case?

Incidentally looked specs. In theory, you just need to go to the address of the sip phone and update through the web interface. By the way, there is also ftp tftp read the instructions there everything will be visible. For ftp, most likely upload the firmware to the root and reboot the phone

I went to the telnet phone 172.30.20.66, entered my login and password, # appeared. What command should be entered now to upload the firmware?
