Why doesn't Bluetooth work on Arch Linux - Gnome DE?

Hi all! In general, I want to connect wireless speakers to the bakery .... And for the first time I succeeded, but after turning off the bluetooth, it no longer turns back on in any way ... Even reboot does not help .... I want to ask for help in solving this strange problem
