How to undervolt laptop video card in Linux?

There is a laptop with a 1066 video card. You need to somehow lower its temperature. On Windows, this was done using Msi afterburner, I changed the frequency / voltage curve, I was able to win 125-150mV on the core. The temperature dropped by 5-10 degrees. Are there analogues of this program for Manjaro? Or for any other distribution? Nvidia x server won't help here?

PS I don’t know how to sew bios (but I can learn if I really need it), and I don’t know if it makes any sense to do it under laptops :/
