How to log in and access VK audio recordings using js + vk api?

Hello!
There is a desktop application on html5 + js.
Is it possible to authorize the user (implicit flow) in it, and from it also get access to his (user's) audio, for further download and playback in the html5 audio player? If yes, how?
A ready-made solution is not needed, just tell me which way to dig.
