How to lock the computer when the screen turns off in Windows 10?

Actually the question is in the title. I remember in all previous versions this could be done in the power settings. Today, dynamic blocking or blocking using a splash screen is offered. These options don't work for me. In Google, they advise the option with secpol.msc, but I have Win10SL, but this is not there. As well as the option with gpedit.msc. In short, how to lock your computer with a password without sleep mode. And that is the only option when a password is requested.

Set the screen saver for 5 (or as long as you need) minutes and check the box asking for a password.
