How to load videophone from cache?

The site uses a videophone in the header. Everything works, but I noticed that the video is reloaded and the folders are reloaded on repeat.
How to make it load from the cache on repeat?

To get started, go to the hosting (or at least put it on the Denwer locale), and do not load the site from your D: / drive
