How to load driver without signature verification?

There is a self-written driver that notifies about the creation of processes. Loaded and started at the start of the application that controls this driver. I was only able to load the driver by disabling signature verification on windows boot. Are there any other ways to disable signature verification in Windows?
PS: The method through group policies does not work. Windows 10 17134.228
