How to list categories in k2 joomla 3?

How to display all categories with their description and image on the main page?
I want to display a list of categories for services with a short text and an image, clicking on them to go to the list of materials in this category.
I searched the entire Internet, I did not find anything, how to get them out. Help out.

1. Create a position for the module in the template.
2. In modules, create a K2 tools module and display a list of categories in it.
3. Specify in which position to display the module, and mark on which pages it should be displayed.
