Do I need to get the status of a blogger or media to get into the news aggregators?

We develop a number of news resources. We decided to go to news aggregators (Yandex, Google and others). The question arose as to what is needed for this. We have not received the status of a media or a blog, so far the traffic is below 3000 per day. Does anyone have experience with this?

Make a feed, apply to aggregators.
If the news is interesting for aggregators, they will take it.
In the rules of Yandex and Google aggregators, I have not seen a clause about the status of the media + quite a lot of resources that are presented there and do not have such statuses
