How to list a paid app on Google Play?

There is an app, free but with ads.
I want to place the same application only without ads, do I need to create a new application in the console or can I do it differently?
It seems to be done like this

Better than a new one - since the Apk files are different, different icons (free and pro), different classes (com.blabla.program_free). Well, look how others have done it in the end.

Either make a new apk with a different package name and re-upload it to the developer console, or implement purchases in a free application. And depending on whether the user has bought the disabling of advertising - to show or not.
