How to enable access notification when installing apps on android?

Previously, in the Play Market, after clicking on the "Install" button (it does not matter the game, office, application, etc.), a notification popped up, access to which must be provided, then I pressed the button again (it seems to either install or provide) and installed. Where can I set this notification to appear again? Since now, after clicking the "Install" button, it does not pop up and the installation starts immediately.
