How to link to a term from Views as an alias?

Maybe I phrased the question incorrectly, but here's the gist of it.
Created Views for taxonomy terms. Brought headings and pictures by the term. In turn, they link to the term's page via a "clean link" of the form "catalog/category". But you also need to display a separate link "Read more", which will lead to the same url. Now we can only refer to the system url like "taxonomy/term/1", using [tid] .
Perhaps the solution is too simple, but I'm powerless.
