What are the node.js settings for Drupal for a server with user rights (managed account)?

Status report in Drupal says that everything is fine, but in reality socket.io refuses to accept connections.
Start node with node bin/node_modules/ drupal

In the settings of the Drupal module, everything is the same as in the config. Help!
