Why is Drupal (Time-out) not installed?

I'm trying a new hosting, PHP 7.1.3 connected via cgi. When trying to install Drupal 8.3.7, after installing all the modules (when the progressbar reaches the end), an error 504 Gateway time-out

crashes. In the logs, this is:

2017/10/06 19:14:43 [error] 3560#3560: *466 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: 62.73.188.91, server: blabla .merahost.net, request: "GET /core/install.php?rewrite=ok&langcode=en&profile=standard&continue=1 HTTP/1.1", upstream: " 127.0.0.1:8080/core/install.php?rewrite=ok&langcod... ", host: "fas.merahost.net", referrer: " blabla.merahost.net/core/install.php?rewrite=ok&la... "

What's the matter? Any parameter in PHP.ini to change?

Fucked for a day and a half with support - hosting sucks. Never order services on Merahost.ru I
ordered a service on another hosting and everything was delivered 5 times faster, without glitches.

Try increasing the nginx proxy_connect_timeout/ limit

You need to check your mysql settings. Pay special attention to max_allowed_packet. Must be greater than 16M
