How to link reg.ru domain with itldc hosting?

I can't figure out how to link a domain registered on reg.ru with itldc hosting.
What should I do or where should I look?

My domains -> Domain -> Zone management -> Register an A-record with the hosting IP address. Subdomain can be put * (asterisk)

My domains-> Domain -> DNS-servers -> Register NS-servers that hosting will tell you
