How to link posts in wordpress?

Salute to all. The problem is the following. The site has pages with published news:

when opening a post, there are links on the left that redirect to a page with posts not all as in the menu, but related only to the selected person:

This should also work in the opposite direction. That is, if I selected monuments in the menu and selected an item, it has a link to faces, which in the same way directs to the page of persons related to this item, and not all.

As I understand it, here with posts, the many-to-many option is obtained. How can such a structure be implemented? I looked at ACF, but have not yet found how to do something similar there. If possible, tell me how to implement it, or at least approximately in which direction to dig.

I wanted to write the same as above. Use tags on every post. Eg. some person, then with his name, then redirect to that tag.
P.S. also disable tag indexing.
