Unfortunately, I haven’t figured out Bitrix 1s very well yet, but now the guys who have a site on Bitrix 1s are being serviced.
It was necessary to add a city, it is added as a separate site, with its own infoblocks, administrators, and in general everything is separate. In general, everything works as it should, with the exception of one, orders in the new city are not visible from under their account, access has changed in the statuses, but still everything is visible from under the main administrator, but in the city in which they were they are not visible, the confirmation comes to the mail, I set it up, but how to change the city of the order and where it is done something can’t be found ... or maybe I missed something in the settings somewhere ...

Missed setting...
Settings - > Product Settings - > Modules Settings - > Online Store - > Order Rights.
