How to link files with PHPExcel?

I am doing a task that was given at the university, it was necessary to create a form (html) for filling out an application for participation in a competition. A person fills it out, clicks send, meanwhile the administrator or teacher. enters the site and downloads all applications in Excel format. All this was done using PHPExcel. As in any competition, the work itself must be in some document (approx. Word). Such a question: how to link a file with the questionnaire itself and so that it (the file) is displayed in Excel'e (note the link to it)?
