in the admin,

Menu Manager: Editing a Menu Item

select Menu Item Type * = System Links > External URL
then paste your link

When creating/editing a menu item, select "Menu item type" -> Materials section, select Material in it. Next, on the right, select the material itself. We save.
Or another option:
When creating / editing a menu item, select "Menu item type" -> Section System links, select External URL in it. Next, in the "Link" column, insert the desired address. We save.
