Confused in the logic of access levels....
I create an access level structure in the form of a tree with a branch (User Groups). Registered access levels only to the user group of the same name. Attached screenshots.

Also I create the users with the same name with assignment of "groups of users."
As a result, I wanted to get the user "Popova street" = who will have access to "Popova street", "house1", "house2".
And the user "home 1" = will only have access to the "access level" "home1".
But for some reason, according to the logic of Joomla, the user "home1" has access to "Popova street", "home1", "home2".
And the user "ul.Popova" has access only to "ul.Popova".
Where is the logic? And how to make it so that by assigning one group to a user, for example, "Popova street", so that when creating new "subgroups of users" - "dom3", "dom4". Did the user have access to them?
Maybe there is some plugin for my access level logic?
