Well, yes, through the module settings, you can only assign a class suffix to it. You can't target a class with a reference.
The easiest way in your situation is to do this: in the same position in which your module is located, above it, place another module of the "HTML-code" type, into which insert the anchor: Well, add the same anchor to the link. There will be a complete illusion that the link translates to a module.
