How to limit upload speed on Keenetic?

Hello. I have Keenetic 1211, in the settings I found a speed limit common to Download and Upload, but how can I limit only the Upload speed?

Try the beta (3.4) version of the firmware. In one of the updates, apparently, they added for upload:

added upstream-rate parameter to commands:
interface traffic-shape
ip traffic-shape host
ip traffic-shape unknown-host

As an option - register downcload more than your real one, upload as much as you need.
Or are both in 1 line?
