There is Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD, it works as a standard gateway.
How can I limit the rate of traffic to receive after a specified amount of time or volume.
For example, if someone abuses the download, then after 3 minutes (or after 500MB) the speed will drop to the specified in the limit.
