How to limit the ability to overwrite, but leave the ability to write to a local folder?

I'm trying to limit the ability to influence files over the local network, but I only managed to disable the ability to delete / cut, but you can still overwrite.

The files are on qnap nas, but since I did not find a normal way to resolve rights in it, I do it through Windows acl.
