How to legalize income with webmoney?

Tell me how you can be a freelancer and pay taxes? I will describe the situation more specifically and immediately say that I did not find anything intelligible on this issue.
Let's say I'm freelancing, doing design. All payment comes on webmoney. There is a regular foreign customer who pays in wmZ, there are also small orders with payment in wmR.
Tell me how you need to pay taxes if the funds are received on webmoney in wmR and wmZ. Given the fact that there are foreign customers. There is no possibility to sign the contract (and the desires of the customers, everything suits them anyway)?
Is there an option with an individual entrepreneur and an uprashchenka, to tie all this to a current account? How do you report in this case?
Perhaps the correct option is to pay 13% income tax per year? If you choose this option, how to properly draw up a document so that there are no questions?

WM is de jure wrappers and not an electronic currency, so that earnings occur at the moment and in the currency in which you withdraw wm.
Legalization without IP - filling in the tax declaration of an individual.

No way. Only contracts with clients or with aggregators accepting anything + IP.
