How to leave only outgoing stream during a conference?

Hello everyone! Need help. The Phoner Lite program is configured to connect to the Megafon MultiPhone service. Several other numbers call this number. A conference is being organized. How to make it so that only the outgoing stream from my number is heard on the "air" and all subscribers do not hear each other. There is no option to mute the microphone for each subscriber.
