How to leave only 1 application running on win7?

Task: to leave only ICQ working on the computer and that's it. It should open itself at the beginning of turning on the computer and not be minimized. disable everything in services?

write icq through the registry instead of explorer, and you will only run icq (and this service is turned off separately, if necessary)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\
Shell already moved

Windows will not let you turn off all services, there are a lot of very necessary ones :)
ICQ in autoload and sleep well.

This is real, you reveal the list of services experimentally, simply turning off everything in a row and conducting a series of tests, starting with a reboot and ending with saving the received files.
You can replace the explorer with your application by specifying it in the registry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon
] parameter "Shell"="Explorer.exe" linux, and to run windows applications use wine (as far as I remember, it works without problems)

Unreal.
1. ICQ does not have a "always full screen" mode.
2. Nothing prevents you from accessing the window for selecting a file through the settings (there is a choice of background or some other nonsense), and then launch explorer or another application.
All this is available in the case when the application is launched as a shell.
It is also unsolvable if you use the browser-based online version of ICQ https://web.icq.com/ by launching IE in kiosk mode - you never know where you can get away from the links.
