Windows 10 sign-in not working?

After applying the tweaker Win10Tweaker 10.2-10.3 (all tweaks and compression of components) and rebooting, the beforlogon showed the message "cancel component changes", after which it again went into reboot. When you click on the splash screen, a blue screen pops up for a couple of seconds and the splash screen with the clock (welcome screen) returns again. At the same time, if you press the same Enter for a long time, you can notice the load wheel and the bifurcation of the cursor. Sometimes the bottom right menu jumps (shutdown, wifi, special features), you can click on it and it reacts, but it disappears and a splash screen appears. Tried to load through PE, could not find the reason. Everything works fine in safe mode. Restore points don't work. Build "red brick 2" with new updates from MS Win10 Pro (I don't remember the build number). Tweaks do not want to demolish, because it has become more beautiful, more convenient and faster. Checked through the system account, the system is working normally. What could it be?

nothing, they broke the system, in such cases it is easier to reinstall from scratch than to repair

Tweaker broke the system, that was. Removed something superfluous, re-optimized something. Destroy the system and reinstall. If you want to figure out what broke it - put the tweaker again :)
