How to leave comments in TechMedia?

I installed the TechMedia app on iOS, I read Habr through it. Is it very puzzling to not be able to watch and leave comments, or am I doing something wrong? And why indicate the number of comments in the feed, if you can’t read them, is also unclear.

You can read and write comments. To open them, click on the icon at the bottom right of the open post page (sometimes disappears when scrolling).
