Why isn't the "tell me about yourself" section of my profile editable?

Why isn't the "Tell me about yourself" section of your personal profile editable after it's been filled out for the first time?

I would like to change the list of interests, but it cannot be edited.

This is because you have a ReadOnly profile.

The list of interests is edited without problems, and "Tell about yourself:" is not available due to Read only
